What’s your process like?
I keep things clear, collaborative, and flexible. After a free discovery call, I’ll send over a proposal and project scope tailored to your goals. Once we’re aligned, I start the work, whether that’s content strategy, SEO, or web updates, and walk you through everything I’m doing along the way. What happens during our first conversation?
Our discovery call is a casual, no-pressure 20-minute chat. I’ll walk through your site (or digital presence), ask about your goals, and talk through a few ideas on how I might be able to help. You’ll leave with some insights, and if we’re a good fit, I’ll follow up with a custom proposal.
What do your services cost?
It depends on what you need, but I’m upfront and transparent from the start. You’ll get a detailed proposal with pricing, deliverables, and a clear timeline before we start. I work with a range of budgets, and I always make sure you only pay for what makes sense for your goals.
What happens after the project wraps?
Once the main work is complete, I don’t just disappear. We’ll do a quick wrap-up call, I’ll share any templates, tips, or workflow docs you might need, and we’ll make sure you’re set up to manage things smoothly on your own, or with my help if you want to continue.
What is your career background?
I spent over 18 years working in online advertising, and ad tech before shifting into digital marketing. That foundation gives me a deep understanding of how to blend content, strategy, and analytics. I started One Girl Guru to help small teams like yours do more with less, without sacrificing quality or voice. I’m based in West Virginia but work with clients all over the U.S.
